What Septic, Sewer, and Underground Work Do We Handle?
Nearly all of it, from a one-hour pump out to a full lift station install. Homeowners call us for backups, slow drains, drain field replacements, and septic inspections before a closing. Restaurants call about grease traps. HOAs and property managers call about lift stations and sewer lines that serve dozens of homes at once, and builders bring us in before the slab is poured to set water, sewer, and storm lines.
Most jobs start with finding where the problem really is. On a backup, we open the cleanout first. If it's dry, the drain field isn't your problem; the plumbing is. Standing water sends us to the tank, where we open both ends, check the level, and look for a clogged filter. Cleaning a filter takes a few minutes. Repairing a drain field runs $4,500 to $10,000 or more, which is exactly why we don't guess. When a pipe needs a closer look, sewer line camera inspection and jetting shows us where roots, offsets, or a sagging belly are hiding.

Does Your Septic Problem Need Us Today, or Can It Wait?
It depends on what your drains are doing right now, and that is exactly what we ask when you call. A toilet that will not flush or sewage coming up in a tub is a same day problem. A faint smell near the drain field on a dry afternoon usually is not. When you call (321) 363-1995, we walk through a short list: which fixtures are slow, whether it is one bathroom or the whole house, whether you hear gurgling, and whether water is pooling anywhere in the yard. Those answers decide whether a truck heads your way today or you go on the schedule.
Cutting back on water helps while you wait. Skip laundry, keep showers short, and stop flushing if you can, and most systems will buy you a day or two. That is a bandage, not a diagnosis. We still come out, open the cleanouts, check the tank and the drain field, and run a camera down the line if it looks suspect. The phone call tells us how fast to move. The site visit tells us what is actually wrong.
